Water Walkers

If you've ever been in a situation that seemed impossible always remember all things are possible with God if you only believe. There is a story in the bible in Matthew 14: 29-31 where Peter walked on water as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus. As soon as he took them off and started to pay attention to his surroundings, (the wind, rain), fear came upon him and stole his faith then he began to sink. Remember, the ship was in a storm with high waves and strong winds. Sometimes in life we enter a storm where it seems that all hell has broken loose. If this is you , Be of good cheer; be not afraid, saith the Lord. Don't pay attention to your surroundings, stop looking for a hook-up, don't look at your credit score, or any man made thing, system, plan or device. Launch out into the deep.

Now in the deep, this is where the impossible becomes possible. You must keep your eyes on Jesus and meditate in his word for He is the word made flesh and dwelt among us. In your impossible situation you can get through it through faith. Don't take my word for it, read Hebrews chapter 11. Now you are ready to become a water walker. Whenever the storms of life come upon you don't look at your surroundings. Stand firm on the word of God and confess it. Believe God, walk by faith, not by what you see or hear. Now walk up out of that storm!
